How much weight can the LuvSeat™ support?
The LuvSeat will easily carry 500 pounds of weight. However
two people with that combined weight may not comfortably fit on
the standard seat. These couples may wish to order the larger
seat.
Question: How does the LuvSeat accommodate the needs of taller
or shorter couples?
There two issues here: 1.
Comfort will sitting: The seatback of the LuvSeat is
25 inches tall and will accommodate people who are up to six feet
tall. For taller people we sell an optional head rest which adds 10
inches to the seatback height. 2. Comfort while standing:
The LuvSeat ships with two different length gas springs (similar to
the gas spring in your office chair) for legs . The longer leg has a
15 inch barrel and can be adjusted to hold the seated person's
genitals from 19 inches to 30 inches off the floor. This makes them
accessible for men who are up to 6 ft 8 inches tall. The shorter leg
has a 9 inch barrel, can be adjusted from 11 inches to 17 inches,
and permits most women to be able to sit on her partner's lap with
her feet firmly on the floor.
Question: How does the
SpaChair??? compare with the HeartChair and PleasureChair for
lovemaking?
The SpaChair assists all of the positions facilitated by the
HeartChair and PleasureChair except for rear entry. In order to enable one to straddle the seat of
the SpaChair facing both forward and backward for exercise and massage, we

Question: The LuvSeats looks kind of "tippy”, do you feel secure when
sitting on them?
LuvSeats have only two legs so that nothing
is in the way when one straddles the seat, while standing or sitting. The
first time or two when the "bottom" person sits down with legs up, it may
feel a bit tippy, but they quickly get used to it. If you are sitting on the
seat with feet on the floor, you have four points of contact and you feel
secure. As soon as the "top" person moves in and holds the "bottom" person's
legs, they both feel secure, because the couple will then have four points
of contact with the floor.
Question:
Can I ship to a Post Office Box? Will my package be shipped
discreetly? How much do you charge for shipping?
We cannot ship to PO boxes
except if you have arranged with to a commercial mailbox company, such
as Mailboxes Ect. to accept packages. Your order will be discreetly
shipped in a plane brown box with no indication of its contents.

card? And what methods of payment do you accept?
Your credit card will show a purchase from Compass Institute, Inc. We accept most
payment methods including personal check, bank check, money order and
bank wire transfer.
Question: Do you sell and ship to customers outside the U.S.?
We have customers living in most
continents and hope to continue to serve the world’s lovers. Shipments
to Canada and Mexico will be made by ground at no additional cost.
Shipments to all other countries can be by air to the international
airport of your choice for you to pick up, with shipping and handling
costs of $125 to $150. We can also ship to your home with shipping and
handling costs of $200 to $300.
For all international orders including Canada and Mexico, you will be
responsible for paying your country’s taxes and duties when you pick up
the order at the airport or when it is delivered to your home.
We will contact you after you place your order with additional costs so
you can determine if you wish to continue with the order or cancel it.

Question: Is the LuvSeat available in stores so that I can check it out?
The LuvSeat
is not sold through stores. It is still too controversial for
furniture stores to sell it and adult product stores typically
do not have the floor space available. However, with our 60 day money back
guarantee you can check it out in the privacy of your home, and return
it if you are not happy.
Question: Do you offer a
payment plan?
Yes we are glad to spread the payment our
over a few months. However we must charge an administrative fee of $25.

Question: How does
one clean the LuvSeat?
The metal and the vinyl can both be cleaned
with a disinfectant of any kind (we recommend Lysol spray) and a paper
towel or cloth. Just spray and wipe. If you have purchased some of the
cotton seat/seatback covers, simply pop them into the washing machine.
(We recommend that you put them into a lingerie bag so that the strings
and ribbons don’t get tangled).
Question: Do the gas springs in the legs and seatback wear out?
These gas springs are essentially the same
as those that your office chair uses. We have not yet had a customer
complain about them, and if they do, we will replace them under our
5-year warranty.

Question:
How difficult is it to assemble the LuvSeat when it arrives?
Assembly is very simple and
requires no tools. After reading the instructions and removing the contents
from the box, it should require no more than 10 minute to assemble the
LuvSeat the first time
Even better, once it has been
assembled and taken apart for storage under the bed or in a closet, it will
require less than one minute to re-assemble it for intimate activities.
Question: How long does it take to disassemble the LuvSeat™ and store it
away?
The steps for taking the LuvSeat™ apart are as follows:
- Loosen two
thumb set screws at the top of the legs
- Lift the seat
and seatback frame off the legs and slide under the bed
- Loosen two
thumb set screws at the bottom of the legs
- Lift legs out
of base frame and slide under the bed
- Slide the base
frame under the bed.
Total time elapsed, when you have done it
a few times, 20 to 30 seconds, plenty of time before the kids or
mother-in-law gets up the stairs.
