Five Year  Home Use Warranty:

Compass Institute warrants all parts to be free from material defects and work to the original purchaser acquiring this product from Compass Institute or an authorized dealer. For five years after purchase, we will replace any unaltered metal components, which, based on our examination, proved to be defective. Upholstery materials are warranted to be free from material defects and work at time of delivery, but because they can be damaged by with normal use (e.g, cigarette burns, cut with sharp metal clothing fasteners, etc.) they are warranted for only 180 days. The warranty does not does not apply to items subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration or damage caused by shipment, storage, accident, fire, flood or act of God.

We make every effort to make the LuvSeat™ a safe product. Follow directions, don't over do, don't use it for purposes other than those intended, and it will give you and your partner many years of safe enjoyment.

Limited Non-Home Use Warranty.  If the product is used in a commercial establishment or off-premises club, the warranty on metal components is good for a 2  years, and the upholstery warranty for 60 days.
